LUMBERDOME — The R.A. Long Lumberjacks got every big moment they needed in a 58-52 win over Mark Morris in Round II of the season’s Civil War rivalry series, Friday night at The Lumberdome.

The Jacks built up a lead as large as 14 points in the first half and led 32-24 at halftime of the 150th Civil War.

However, the hosts but had to endure a frenzied comeback from the Monarchs down the stretch. Mark Morris finally tied the game up at 50-50 with just 2:11 left in the contest.
