Union Busters: Kelso takes out 4A Union in four sets

The Hilanders had K-Court rocking down the stretch of a four-set win over Union in 4A/3A Greater St. Helens League volleyball action, Tuesday. Kelso carved out a 2-1 lead with set scores of 25-12, 20-25 and 25-23 before closing the contest out with impressive fashion with a 25-6 win in the fourth frame.

Royal Grafton led Kelso with 14 kills and 22 digs, while Josie McNew added 10 kills and 11 digs as she continues her work to return to full strength from an injury..

“Royal had an all-around impressive game,”  Kelso coach Michelle Mury said. “She is becoming a big gun!”
