This Day In History
April 15, 1994: Mark Morris softball waits until the last possible moment to give its game a speck of offense, with Kari Solinger driving an RBI single in the bottom of the seventh — just the Monarchs’ third hit of the day — to walk off 1-0 winners over Kelso in GSHL softball play. Dani Fowler earned the win for the Monarchs, striking out 10, while Amy Carr took the hard-luck loss.
